HOW DO I GET IT?

  1. Invite your friends
    Invite your friends by sending them your unique referral link – you’ll find it when you tap “Invite Friends” in the “More” menu.

  2. Get 20 Sweepstakes Coins
    You’ll automatically receive FREE SC 20 when your friend signs up using your referral link and spends $15 or more on a Gold Coin package at Kingcash.com (and didn’t already have an account with us – that’s important!)

Terms and Conditions

  1. This promotion commenced on 15 January 2026. No referrals prior to this date can be considered part of this promotion and therefore not eligible for a referral reward (“Referral Reward”).

  2. The Invite a Friend Promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by Otto LLC (“Sponsor”) in connection with the Sweepstakes offered on kingcash.com (“Site”).

  3. In order for a Referrer (defined below) to be eligible to receive a Referral Reward, the following criteria must be met:

    • The Invited Friend (defined below) must use the unique link provided by the Referrer to register an account on the Site (“Account”); and
    • The Invited Friend must purchase at least one gold coin package of $20 or more on the Site.

  4. Referrers may earn a maximum of one (1) Referral Reward per Invited Friend. Referrers may earn a maximum of 10 Referral Rewards in any given twelve (12) month period.

  5. The Referral Reward is 25 Sweepstakes Coins. The value of the Referral Reward is subject to change, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

  6. The Referral Reward(s) may be issued only to Referrers. Invited Friends are not eligible to receive any Referral Reward(s).

  7. Approved Referral Rewards will be credited to Referrer’s Account within 24 hours of the Invited Friend’s eligible gold coin purchase.

  8. Within the Invite Friends section on the Site players will be able to view the status of their invited friends:
    Friends invited: This shows how many Invited Friends have been invited using the personalized link and have registered an Account.
    Friends qualified: This shows how many Invited Friends have been invited using the personalized link and have made an eligible Gold Coin package purchases of $20 or more.
    Rewards earned: This shows how many Sweepstakes Coins have already been credited to the Referrer’s Account as a result of their Invited friends creating an Account and making an eligible Gold Coin purchase.

  9. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions, or any part thereof, with immediate effect owing to circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make it unavoidable if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

  10. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the referral process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

  11. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be in violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any portion of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of this provision.

  12. In the event of modifying these Terms and Conditions, Referrer and/or Invited Friends’ continued participation constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

  13. No alternative reward can or will be offered.

  14. In order to be eligible, the Invited Friend must not already have any Account with the brands owned by Otto LLC (including but not limited to kingcash.com). The Invited Friend must join the same site as the Referrer.

  15. Duplicate accounts are not permitted.

  16. Invite a Friend Links are not permitted to be posted publicly on forums, adverts or any other method open to abuse, determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any user found to be posting the link inappropriately will have their Account closed.

  17. In order to be eligible to receive the Referral Reward, Referrers must ensure that the correct link is used, and the criteria are met.

  18. Invited Friends must be eligible to participate on the website and create an Account in order for the Referrer to receive Referral Rewards. Further, Invited Friends must accept the terms and conditions, sweepstakes rules, privacy policies, and any other terms applicable to creation of an Account and participation on the Site.

  19. “Referrer” is a player who has provided their unique “invite a friend” link to another person. “Invited Friend” is the player who used the “invite a friend” personalized link to register an account.
